Yes, you can use A&D ointment but I would not be optimistic that it will do much. Her skin looks pretty painful and I think it would be best for you to get her some treatment from your vet. She probably needs some antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medications. There are MANY, MANY great flea treatments out there now. Flea sprays do not work well nor do they last very long. I don't think you should use that in the future. It is best to get a flea prevention from your vet. I am very worried about you saying that he seems to have "balls" associated with the back teats. That could be cancerous tumors. My recommendation is that you take Bubba for an exam. He really needs to be examined in person by a vet.
