What causes extreme cat litter box odor and how can I fix it?

Sir my cat lulus litter and urin smells so bad we cant not take a breath where the cats litter box is placed what can i do sir plz tell i whole house smells her urin is basically the main cause of smell The urin smells really really bad in the litter box still if i remove the urin from. The litter box the smell wont go what to do sir

You might need to change the litter to a better quality one, put more of it in the litter box and clean it twice a day. if this does not solve the problem Lalu might be suffering from a urinary infection which will require a vet visit.
