After deworming, when will my pet pass worms and will I see them?

How long after my pet is wormed does it actually works for him to pass the worms. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 2 years old | 0 lbs

Often you will not see the dead worms in the feces unless your pet had a very severe infection. Sometime dead worms will get digested or come out in the same color as the feces. The worms should be dead pretty soon (24 hrs) after worming.
