Why does my dog have pink spots on his belly after a rainy walk?

My dog just went for a walk right after it rained and came home with numerous small scattered pink spots all over his chest and tummy. They are not raised and are smooth to the touch? What could this be? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 3 years and 2 months old | 30 lbs

This may be an allergic reaction to something he came in contact with outside. A bath in baby shampoo can be helpful to clean his skin and coat. If he starts itching you can try benadryl. If there sores continue or spread then he will need to be checked by your vet for prescription medicaiton
