My dog is whining, breathing fast, and seems in pain. What's wrong?

My dog is whining and breathing really fast but I don't know what's wrong with him. He closing his eyes like if something is hurting him

It sounds like Peanut is in pain. That would cause him to whine and breathe fast. Without seeing him in person, I can't say for sure if he's in pain, and what could be causing it. If he's really distressed, I'd have him seen by a vet now. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website. Best of luck.
