My cat lost appetite after Clavamox. What should I do right now?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 6 years and 4 months old

After your good advises about my cat's weight loss(from9to4kg)our vet finally agreed to make some tests but he took only urine for now,until the results are ready he prescribed Synulox(Clavamox),but after 2 days of use my cat lost fully his appetite, the vet prescribed now renal medication which content is chitosan,sodium bicarbonate and calcium bicarbonate,I gave it to him once yesterday and this morning his nose and ears were cold as ice in very warm weather,pls. I need advice what to do now?

Clavamox can often make cats nauseous. You may want to talk to your vet about using a different antibiotic. The temperature of a cat's nose or ears can vary widely, and it doesn't often coincide with the ambient temperature. I have never diagnosed illness based on the temperature or moisture of a pet's nose! If you are concerned that Tikvichko has a low body temperature, I would recommend getting a rectal thermometer to take his temperature. Normal for a cat is 100-102.5*F
