Why is my senior dog disoriented, not eating, and just staring?

Question

Whitey is a 13 yr old terrier mix, she's not eating or drinking and wanders around as if she doesn't know where she is. I've had to physically pick her up to lay her down or she just stands and stares, help. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 5 years and 6 months old | 40 lbs

I would recommend having a veterinarian examine her so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. She may be quite ill with these symptoms.
