My guinea pig has lumps in his mouth. Are these spots normal?

So I already have a vet visit scheduled for this week coming up but I’m a worried piggy mom. My guy has had a run in with his old cage mate years ago so his lip is split all the way up basically. But he has gotten chellitis(sp?) in the past so ik how to treat that so I have been doing so since it appears to resemble that currently. But he let me look in his mouth a tad and there are 2 lumps I am not sure if I even noticed before. What do they look like to you?

Judging by the photos you provided I would not be worried about those spots on the inside of his mouth/lips. The tissue looks like it may just be a little swollen but does not appear infected or look cancerous. A thorough examination by your vet is a good idea but if Teddy is otherwise eating well and doing ok, I would not be too concerned. I hope this helps. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Best of luck.
