Please help... We had people working at our home on the 10/08. We caught them giving Perry chicken and we suspect fish bones tooHe was fine for the rest of Wednesday until Friday afternoon. He refused to eat Friday night and the rest of Saturday. We fed him chicken liver soup, but he threw up a few hours later. We are desperately waiting for the morning so that we can take him to the vet. He is weak and doesn’t respond when we call him. Is there anything we can do while we wait for the morning?

If you have an emergency vet available in your area, I would strongly recommend getting him seen right away. Keep him warm, keep him hydrated by offering low sodium chicken broth, ice cubes to lick and get him seen the second you can. And make sure to submit the vet bill to whoever fed him bones and people food. It may not do any good, but it may make them more aware of the consequences of feeding pets something they shouldn't have.
