Why is my 7-year-old Labrador throwing up, losing weight, and crying?

As you seen that attach xray my 7 yr labrador is eating but throwing up...doctor said he has pain in his leg I dont know what to do ? He lose 10 kg so please tell me is it life threatening or what because he is crying also i can see wet something coming out of eyes

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Did your vet take belly X-rays? If he is vomiting and has lost over 20 pounds. he needs X-rays of his belly and blood work. He does have very bad hips but that shouldn’t cause vomiting and weight loss. You need to follow up with your vet today. Good luck!
