How to train my fearful puppy who gets aggressive with other dogs?

My little over 5 month old pup is scared towards other dogs. She sometimes gets agrressive and her fur spikes up and idk why. How can I get her used to other dogs? There is a dog park near me where I could take her but idk how the other dogs will respond to her. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 4 months and 24 days old | 25 lbs
