My dog is sick, not eating/drinking, and vet is closed. What to do?

My dog has been sick for 3 days and the last 24 hours she went eat or drink. I am giving her pedialyte every 30 mins to an hour in small doses 20 ml. I am also giving her pepto 10 ml 3 times a day for the vomiting and diarrhea. Our local vet won't be in the office till tomorrow but I am just so worried about her. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 8 months and 8 days old | 45 lbs

I would find Layla an ER vet. She sounds very ill at the moment, and I don't think it should wait until the morning. If there isn't an ER vet in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to find that vet is found on the clinic's answering machine or website. I would start calling around to find a vet to see her tonight. I hope this helps!
