My dog has a bruise on her ear with no bump. Will it heal on its own?

I came home from work and snowball has a bruise on her ear theres no bump and its not on the other side just the front. Its def a bruise what can i do to help it heal or will it just heal on its own? Pet's info: Dog | American Bulldog | Female | spayed | 7 years and 7 months old | 111 lbs

Poor Snowball! I'd just leave the bruise be, it should heal on it's own. Definitely monitor it, and if it gets bigger, a bump forms, or it doesn't start getting better (as it starts to heal, it should start to turn blue or purple, then greenish, then yellow-brown), then I would have her seen by a vet.
