Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 2 years and 7 months old | 18 lbs
We recently got a puppy (about 2 months ago) and within the last 2 weeks, Picasso will begin meowing from about 3am until 7am outside our bedroom door. We give the cats fresh food and water before bed every night so I know he isn’t hungry, and he plays and sleeps with Poppy, so I don’t think he’s lonely or bored. I know he’s had a tough time adjusting to the puppy, but if I don’t get some sleep, I might lose my mind. I can’t let him sleep with me because he makes too much noise. Help!

Try a pheromone product, such as Feliway spray or plug in diffusers, to decrease any anxiety associated with the new pup. If possible, increase playtime and activity just before bedtime. Have him examined by your veterinarian to diagnose any underlying medical conditions. Discuss melatonin use with your veterinarian.
