My cat has no energy, won't eat, and keeps trying to throw up. Why?

My cat has no energy to play. She's always sleeping and has no appetite. What could be the possible reason for this? Also, she's acting like she's going to throw up but nothing is coming out. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | 3 months and 29 days old

It sounds like Ashey is lethargic, and that is a very general sign of many illnesses including systemic illness, infection, inflammation, and injury. I would say that she is sick, but without seeing her in person, I can't say what is causing it. I'd give the vet a call to have her seen as soon as possible. Best of luck.
