My dog is vomiting, not eating, and has a droopy eye. What's wrong?

Hi, early this morning my dog started to show signs of being ill. He vomited a couple times in the early day, later on I noticed right eye was droopy or maybe swollen, we cooked him plain white rice to help settle his stomach but he has only had a few bites here and there, plenty of water. No problem peeing or poop. When he went outside recently he freaked out like a bug or something was on him. Underneath him, I recorded it but I can't pinpoint where he felt irritated. Please help!

I'm sorry Milo isn't doing well! It could be he got poked by something sharp outside or he could have been bitten by a bug. As for the vomiting, he could have eaten something rotten, could have a foreign body, may have pancreatitis, or could have a GI illness. It's fine to feed him plain white rice, but I would also add in some boiled white meat chicken (no bones) to make a bland diet. Feed this in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If the vomiting continues in the absence of food, he vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away. Best of luck, I hope this helps!
