My cat fights the neighbor's cat. Should I be concerned about safety?

The cat next door chases my cat. When they meet, they briefly fight, but so far no injuries. Should I worry? I want to keep my cat safe, don't know if the other cat will harm her? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed | 9.5 lbs
