My cat has bad bleeding skin, scabs, and stomach lumps. What's wrong?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 1 year and 6 months old

My cat has had really bad skin for months now, he’s bleeding, he’s full of scabs, his ears are scabby as well. We tried to put E45 on and it’s an extremely slow progress. He also has lumps inside of his stomach that feel like half of a golf ball size.

Your cat sounds very ill and I strongly suggest you take him to a veterinarian today. E45 is not a proper medication for your cat. He may have a serious mite infection which is easily cured with the proper medication. He may also be suffering from allergies, a bacterial infection. flea allergy dermatitis, or a fungal infection. Please take Cosmo to your veterinarian today.
