My puppy's anus is swollen and pink. Is this normal? What to do?

I got her 2 days ago and she has had her anus a bit swollen and pinkish.. is this normal?? What can i put on it or give her to help this? Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | 2 months old | 3 lbs

I would deworm her as sometimes anal protrusion is related to worms. This is my favorite over the counter but make sure you find one for the right weight.
