What to do if my dog is clingy, panting heavily, and shaking?

My dog has been clingy for 2 days now. She is panting heavily and shaking alot. What should I do?

Based on the symptoms you are describing, it is difficult to say for sure what the cause could be. It sounds as though Sugar is not feeling well. I would recommend having a veterinarian examine her so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. Sugar sounds pretty bad, and I'm worried about pain or illness. I think in this case, it's best you take her into a vet now. I cannot diagnose what is going on with her without seeing her in person, and the best thing for her is to see a vet right away.
