My dog just had puppies. Why is she feverish and trembling?

My female is 13 months old. Didn't know she was pregnant she had two puppies yesterday about 4 hours apart. Not much discharge or mess like the usual. The back half of her body is real feverish and Tremors from time to time she moans a lot and runs in circles. Her gums look normal and her nose is cold she is drinking water help is she okay. Pet's info: Dog | American Bulldog | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 1 month old | 60 lbs

Since she is a new mom and she seems to be uncomfortable, I highly recommend getting her in to see your vet right away. She may still have a pup inside that may be bigger and got stuck. If this is the case, without treatment this could threaten her life.
