My dog has grey spots, fur loss, and swollen skin. What's wrong?

Hello, recently I noticed some strange spots on Ambers fur, they are greyish and it looks like there's no fur. Some of the spots look swollen or bumpy while some grey spots just don't have fur. The spots are on her left legs and underbelly. At first I there were a few and I thought it was just from her playing outside and that they would go away but they haven't and more have shown up. Im concerned and not sure what it is or what caused it. Thanks. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed
