Why is my dog's poop sometimes yellow-brown and other times dark?

Luna's poop sometimes shows a mixture of the usual dark brown and yellowish brown colour. While other times, its completely dark brown. What could that mean? Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | unspayed | 5 months and 30 days old | 45 lbs

Other causes can be certain infections such as viral, bacterial, or parasitic infections.
