Why is my 8-month-old Border Collie lethargic, vomiting, and acting odd?

My 8 month old Border Collie has been acting strange for the past 5-6 hours. Lethargic, staying right by my side, flopping down whenever I stop walking. He vomited an hour ago. He still seems lethargic. Pet's info: Dog | Border Collie | Male | neutered | 40 lbs

Hi and thanks for posting on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! There can be a variety of conditions that are causing Jake's symptoms. Gastrointestinal disorders, obstructions, bacterial, viral, or parasitic infections as well as pancreatitis among others. I would recommend Jake be seen by his veterinarian as soon as possible so he can be appropriately evaluated and treated. Your veterinarian may recommend blood work, x-rays, and other diagnosis tests to help aide in diagnosis for Jake. I hope this helps and I hope you are able to get him seen soon!
