My Maltipoo has a hard, squishy bump near his penis. Should I worry?

My dog is a year old and when we got him we noticed he had a bump above his penis it doesn’t go away it’s hard and squishy but it doesn’t hurt him in any way. It’s the color of his skin and doesn’t look like a pimple he’s neutered and he’s a maltipoo should I take him to the vet or should I not worry. However, from the sounds of it, it does not sound as though it is a cancerous mass based on your description.
