My dog barks at other dogs and is scared. How do I socialize her?

She barks when other dogs barks and I was wondering how I could train her not to. She also barks when she just sees another dog even if they dont bark back and she get easily scared if they get too close. What can I do to make her more social with other dogs? Pet's info: Dog | Bichon Frise | Female | 5 months and 14 days old | 390 lbs

Introduce her, gradually, to one dog then another and another. Do this in a neutral area, such as a dog park or field. Correct negative behavior/responses immediately and praise/reward good behavior. Use a pheromone product, such as the Adaptil collar, to help decrease any anxiety.Given her age, get her enrolled in an obedience class and puppy socialization classes.
