My dog gave birth, now pushing with no puppy coming out. What's wrong?

My dog gave birth 2 days ago and she started to push again but there is nothing coming out whar can it be and why is this happening

It is possible that there is a retained puppy or placenta. A uterine infection is also possible. I would highly encourage you to have her evaluated by a veterinarian as soon as possible.
