Hello, My baby girl pitt Millie , has what i was told was a skin tag on her arm. it's grown in length since I saw it first, months & months ago. maybe an inch? it almost looks like a worm, and feels like fatty tissue. I'm not sure if it hurts or bothers her. I had her at our vet a few weeks ago to get a biopsy for gingival hyperplasia or something? it was benign and hasn't grown.... there was no real after care plam

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! If this has already been determined to be benign then it does not need to be removed unless it is affecting Millie in anyway to improve her quality of life. However, if this has not sampled, a biopsy should be performed. I agree that it is most likely a skin tag but it is not possible to know unless it is sampled. Good luck and have a great day!
