Looking at the xray the ferret had a broken leg a while ago which has mended itself. At this time it is not broken but it is a bad mend and the leg is likely shorter than the other one. Unless the ferret is in pain or the leg is swollen, there is no need to fix that. If the ferret has pain or other problems due to the old fracture and the callus around it, it will likely need surgery to rebreak it and then fix the leg properly. It would be necessary to have one or two more views from a different angle as this could also be an osteosarcoma lesion (bone cancer) which would need to be investigated.
