My dog has scabby bumps under her vulva after her first heat?

My female has just finished her first season 2 weeks ago and now I’ve noticed a few small scabby bumps underneath her vulva, when she does a wee she squats very low and her vulva is touching the floor and she wee’s on it, what do you think it could be

I would recommend that you have these spots examined by a vet. It could be a small pyoderma or skin infection, which is common in young dogs, or could be related to urine pooling in the area (especially if she has a recessed vulva). Or it could be something else. The vet will examine it and may take a small sample to be examined under a microscope.
