My dog has UTI symptoms. What should I do before the vet appointment?

Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | spayed | 1 year and 9 months old | 5.5 lbs

I think my dog has a UTI. I want to call ger vet tomorrow to make an appointment as soon as i can. What should i do to prepare for the visit? (She’s had several accidents in the past 24 hours and has been licking her genitals quite a bit)

There is nothing special that you need to do but if you manage to collect fresh urine just before your apointment in a clean plastic container that would be great as a urine analysis will be the first thing your vet wants to do.
