Why is my dog lethargic with a swollen testicle and not playing?

I have a dog 1 year and 3 months he been sad for a couple of days now one of his balls is swollen All he does is sleep and when before he would play around. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male
