My 2-month-old Golden puppy breathes fast and pants. Is it normal?

I have a 2 month old Golden retriever puppy whose breathing really fast. She's sleeping right now, but she's restless and when she wakes up she constantly pants. I may be overreacting, but I want to be sure. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 30 days old | 10 lbs

This is probably normal for your puppy but if you are concerned then I would recommend having her examined by your veterinarian.
