My dog ate a pound of fish. Is her unusual sleep a sign of illness?

My almost 1 yr old dog reached on the counter and grabbed 1lb of flounder-fish. It was rinsed and dried. She ate 3/4 of it. Also she slept through the entire night (normally she gets up once a night to go out). Did she contract a virus? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 11 months and 14 days old | 53 lbs

Watch her closely for signs of gastrointestinal upset such as inappetence, vomiting and diarrhea and if observed, have her evaluated then. Good luck and have a great day!
