my dog has an outer lump in her rectum and has showed no signs of trouble with pooping, going at least twice a day. What could this be?

Hi, I am not sure when you first noticed this lump but it really needs to be checked over by a vet ASAP. It could be a cancerous lump, and the sooner it is diagnosed as such the better treatment and outcome for Nina. Adenocarcinomas in this area are very frequent and it is essential to have an early diagnosis. Hope this helps,
