Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Lilo is adorable! If a dog ate raisins or grapes and became sick (days later) they can drool because they are nauseous. Raisins and grapes have the potential to cause kidney failure. Kidney failure makes dogs vomit and not eat. The nausea could cause drooling but I don't think you'd see that JUST when they are sleeping and I would also assume you'd see other signs of illness. I think she is probably fine but if you are worried about raisin ingestion then I have to recommend making an appointment with your Vet Friday for blood work. It will give you peace of mind as well. Good luck!
