My pitbull puppy won't eat his food but wants mine after being sick.

Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 8 months and 13 days old | 54 lbs

My pitbull 9 mos had gotten sick a few days ago was treated with a shot and meds. He seems normal and active looks thinner hardly eating his food but tries to steal mine every time I eat. Any thoughts on what's going on.

It's hard to tell. It may be that Ghost is still experiencing some underlying illness (and schedule a recheck with your vet is always a good idea, especially if he isn't back to normal after treatment). Possible issues such as an allergy to his food, or just a preference to people food (especially if he gets a lot of people treats that make his own food look less tasty) may also be at play. Having your vet recheck to rule out any issues is a good first step. You can also try to entice him to eat more of his food by moistening it or adding a little low sodium chicken broth or boiled chicken (both are easy on the tummy) as well as stopping any extras like people food or treats. If he continues to not want to eat, speaking with your vet is best.
