Took my Yorkie boy Max for an ultrasound he has been suffering with uncontrollable diarrhea for some time and after doing a stool sample, stool panel and blood work they suggested an ultrasound; needless to say tech called me today and said he never seen anything like it he has a thin liner around his organs and doesn’t know what the cause is also a blood clot, now they want me to do and autoimmune test, not sure what to do because when I good it he doesn’t have those symptoms,

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Can you post the ultrasound report and blood work? That would really help us to help you better. Just go to the vet and ask for a copy of the report, take a picture and repost here. If this is so rare the specialist doesn't know we will need to see the report as well. Talk soon!
