My budgie's wing is bleeding. Can I use its mother's medicine?

My baby budgie is fully grown and it is bleeding under its left wing, I'm not sure if it's coming from the wing or it's body and there's a fair amount of blood. I recently had a similar problem with its mother's wing (caused by molting) and we were given some medicine it is blue in water. She has improved since. Should I be giving this medicine to this budgie too, is it too young? Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 22 days old
