Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered | 9 months old | 80 lbs
For the past couple months, my dog always have been pooping 3 times a day, once right in the morning, 2 mid afternoon, and 3, evening before bed. About 2 weeks ago he started recently only pooping twice a day, with the occasional 3 times a day depending on the day. His eating schedule hasn’t changed nor has his food. Also his poop is normal consistency at first (log type) and then he’ll poop really loose stools right after. (Within the same bowel movement) I’m concerned this may be an issue

This doesn't really sound like an issue to me - dogs can sometimes change their behavior patterns when it comes to the frequency of defecation and it doesn't usually mean there's a problem as long as the stool appears normal. It is also quite common for the first stool to be normal and subsequent stools softer, particularly if the dog is exercising. As long as Oakley has a good appetite, is not losing weight, and does not have blood or mucous in his stool you probably don't need to be concerned.
