Why is my dog not eating after vomiting and gurgling stomach?

My dog is an Australian Labradoodle and after vomiting he has stopped eating and rejected most food. We took him to the vet and the vet found nothing wrong and just prescribed ant vomitng medication. However, he is still refusing to eat and his stomach makes weird gurgling sounds. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 1 year and 8 months old | 50 lbs
