Why is my 4-year-old female dog's heat cycle late? Is it normal?

Naughty is 4 yrs old n her menstrual cycle date was 26 July but still she didn't get. Is this normal. Pet's info: Dog | English Cocker Spaniel | Female | spayed | 4 years and 7 months old

Dogs do not come into heat on an exact date. I suggest you have Naughty examined by your vet to make sure there is no infection and that she is healthy. Your vet should be able to tell you at what stage of her sexual cycle she is at this time by taking a vaginal swab and examining it under the microscope.
