How do you pop a dogs toe back in if it has been dislocated. I have been looking around and can't find any answers

Only your veterinarian can assess whether it can be reduced manually (popped back in) at all and if so can attempt it. There is no information on the internet about this because this is not to be done by a person who does not have the necessary veterinary medical expertise and knowledge of the exact anatomy of the foot. I suggest you take your dog to your vet for an exam and reduction of the toe, in case that is possible.
