My stray cat's stomach is bloated and hard, is she nursing or sick?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | unspayed

Stray cat i feed used to come home daily.one night she dissapeared i think dat night she had her kitten but her stomach is bloated still.she comes regularly and leaves in the evening now and come back next day morning for food.she is an older cat.i think she is nursing but her belly n abdomen s bloated like she was pregnant.stomach feels soft on one side and hard on other sideim really worried about her.pls can anyone answer me

Check if she has milk in one or more of her teats. If so, it is possible she has kittens. When she comes to eat, catch her and take her to your vet for an exam. and then let her go again so she can go feed her kittens. She may have another problelm with her abdomen or she may have retained a kitten. So this is serious.

    If it is cow milk, that can cause gastrointestinal upset. Offer an appropriate kitten milk replacer such as KMR. Intestinal parasites may also cause GI issues. If you intend on keeping her, consider having her examined by your veterinarian. Discuss deworming and vaccinations with the doctor.
