My dog is lethargic and having trouble pooping or has diarrhea. Help!

My dog can’t go poop or if he can goes diarrhea he also is acting very lethargic. Do you have any answers? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 8 years and 9 months old | 18 lbs

Diarrhea can be observed with conditions such as colitis, gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, intestinal parasites, among many other possibilities. I recommend that you have Zekie evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment.
