I have kind a silly question are homegrown pesticide free green beans safe for guinea pigs

Indeed you can! They contain phosphorus and calcium, which should not be fed so often, but they do contain a healthy amount of vitamin c. The best would be to feed them only once a week as raw, uncooked treat.
