My dog is vomiting, has diarrhea, and won't eat for days. Vet needed?

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 3 years and 7 months old | 90 lbs

My dog has been alert an drinking water with occasional food but vommitting consistantly on night/day one , consistant diarhea an not as active as normal, he declines food now an just lays in bed , we are on day 3 he isnt dehydrated as I have checked his temp, gruff check ,gums are glossy an the blood runs back to his gums quickly during blood pressure check hs nose is dry sometimes but not always ,is this a flu of some kind or more serious and NEED to be seen?

Hi there. Dogs can certainly get a minor upset stomach due to an infection or something they ate, but this should normally resolve within 24 hours. Since Brutus has been sick for three days now, I would definitely recommend having him seen, as this may be a more serious problem. He may have a GI problem such as pancreatitis or a foreign body in his intestines, a systemic illness like liver or kidney disease, or may have ingested something toxic. Your veterinarian can do blood work and x-rays if needed to help diagnose the problem and get him started on appropriate treatment.
