My female cat age 12, oliguria, 24 hrs, straining, pain. small amount passed, turbid, tinge of blood. nearest vet not open for another 3 half hours. Posture, walk and tail movement normal. Appetite is normal. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Female | spayed | 11 years and 9 months old | 9 lbs

The only thing you can do is bring Billie Jo to a veterinarian as soon as possible. I would recommend seeing if you can find another veterinarian open but if that is your only option then once they are open go in.
