My cat is straining to urinate, passing bloody drops. Is it urgent?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Female | spayed | 11 years and 9 months old | 9 lbs

My female cat age 12, oliguria, 24 hrs, straining, pain. small amount passed, turbid, tinge of blood. nearest vet not open for another 3 half hours. Posture, walk and tail movement normal. Appetite is normal

The only thing you can do is bring Billie Jo to a veterinarian as soon as possible. I would recommend seeing if you can find another veterinarian open but if that is your only option then once they are open go in. She will most likely need blood work and x-rays to check her kidney values and make sure she doesn't have bladder stones. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
