My dog ate ants and threw up. Are ants toxic or harmful to her?

i just walked my dog and noticed she ate a piece of food covered in ants and spit most of it back out. a while after we got home she threw up on my sheets. would the ants be any toxic to her? i know i can flush her system out with boiled chicken and rice but i’m concerned if the ants can infect her. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 2 years and 3 months old | 23.5 lbs

Without knowing if she ate the ants or what kind she ate, it would be hard to say. Most ants that crawl around on food tend not to be toxic, but some can sting or have toxic bites, and if she immediately threw up after, she likely purged them.
