My dog has IVDD. Can I give her Methocarbamol, Noxox, and Tramadol?

Can I give my dog Methocarbamol, Noxox, and Tramadol at the same time? I believe that she is having an IVDD episode and we do not have an ER vet available until tomorrow. Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Female | spayed | 27 lbs

However, I do not recommend that you administer any medications if they have not been prescribed by a veterinarian as some of these medications can cause side effects and pre-screening bloodwork should be performed.
